Mr. G (Richard) answered my email request quickly. Showed up quickly, promptly, had mask on, and even put booties over his shoes before stepping into my home. Took measurements and came back just 2 days later with new 3 glass's (had broken seals). Did an excellent job and he would be the only glass repair person we would ever use again.
